I could find much information on them, but they do have a facebook page.

In a post from march
It's now official, Jardini Pty Ltd is now approved to breed and sell first generation Australian Lungfish. We have been very fortunate enough to take on one of the existing lungfish licenses that already existed. We can also now confirm that we are the only farm in the world breeding Pine River lungfish and we also have Brisbane River fish which are the same fish that the previous farm has bred.
Sounds like they may have gotten the license that http://www.ceratodus.com/ used to have.

For lurkers who just want to view the thread, I have contacted Jardini International and I am waiting further response. However, do note that both Jardini International and Jindalee Pty Ltd are licensed dealers.

Jason Coe, the director, has given me these prices:"1-6 pieces are $2,100 USD each or 30+ pieces are $1,250 USD plus freight" and "freight for large orders is roughly $100 USD per box plus $300 per shipment for health certificates and CITES." So if anyone wants a group order, you better find 29 more people or several people willing to buy more than one. He also said they ship them at roughly 18cm.

I did not contact Jindalee Pty Ltd but I don't think their prices will be that different.
