Jewel cichlids with a three spot gouramia?

I have a spacious and well-planted five feet long tank that contains a couple of female red jewel cichlids. Would it be possible for me to add a three-spot/opaline gourami without blodshed ensuing? Thanks in advance.

I never really found jewels to be particularly aggressive, I'd say yours should be fine until they start trying to breed.

Thanks, much appreciated. I got a kissing gourami yesterday and my two jewel cichlids have pretty much ignored him .
