I just wanted to repost this thread for more info so here's some information on God of wealth/Rajah Cichlasoma Mania/ I can't speak Chinese and I don't trust Google translate. This hybrid is 20 inches long and was produced by Happy Breeding Farms in Taiwan, I haven't heard anything about it except on their Facebook page and website. Here's some pictures 27355781_571801663163716_3117984181546374275_o.jpg

I just dont get the interest. Why create a hybrid that looks like a geriatric texas? Just keep a texas for 15 years, it will grow big and ugly like that.

If your Texas cichlid turns white, changes it's pattern, grows to 20 inches, and it's body shape changes then there is something really wrong with that Texas besides being geriatric. Also Beauty is in the eye of the beholder anyway besides the body shape I really like it. I don't know maybe it's just the because you usually don't see white Black and blue in one cichlid or maybe because of the pattern and the face. I also like really big Cichlids. Oh btw those other pics are under blue light, your probably already knew that but I just wanted to mention it anyway.

It reminds me of a napolean wrasse, if I had a tank big enough then I most certainly would love to have him.

Cool to see someone else likes him. I think Happy Breeding Farms in Taiwan are still producing more fish similar to him, but they might cost as much or more than Red Mammons for a bit until they can get a steady line, which probably won't take too long since they're a farm.
