just wondering, anyone have (FRESHWATER) butterfly fish?

i don't know if they're hard to find or something, I would like one, but I need to know if they're commonly available, or if they're on the same level as rarity as a freshwater flounder or somethin

Do you mean the African butterflyfish? I haven’t had them (bucket list fish), but they are pretty widely kept. Most suppliers have them (Aqua imports is the first that comes to mind).

Depends where you are but they are pretty common and typically not very expensive. Great fish
