I was at the LFS today and saw a Severum looking cichlid that was separated from all other else. It looked like a severum except it has some features of a parrot fish being that its face is slightly more round. its body was rounder than how i would describe a severum would be. lfs said its a cross between a kingkong parrot and a flowerhorn which is why it had to be separated because its temperament is that it is highly aggressive. in a way, it looks like a mammon but i don't think mammon's are that aggressive. i wanted to ask if anyone had encountered such a cross/hybrid cichlid and is the fish worth paying for about 284 USD. i really kind of like it, but is hesitant that i'm buying a fish that is overpriced since neither KKPs or Flowerhorns reach that amount here, although FH possibly could, but it is usually subjective to the fish's aesthetic more than its blood lineage.
hope to hear some advice and thanks monsterfishkeepers!
