I have a Pentair 270-gallon fiberglass pond with an acrylic window. I made lids out of 2x4s and clear acrylic, which work well for keeping the fish in, but I’m having an issue with water on the floor. The evaporated water on the lids seems to run to the edges and then drip out. Does anyone have an effective lid design they can share? Thank you!

These greenhouse walls make great lids. They are lightweight, but they don't sag because of the design. No need for the 2x4's, just lay the panels right on the edge of the tub. Condensation drips back into the tub. They are available in many different sizes.

all ready have a similar setup

You could take some Weld-on #16 and glue some 1" wide strips of acrylic to the lids just inside the tub. Any condensation would run down that and drip back into the tub.

Thank you. This will stick to the polycarb sheets?

Interesting thank you. Just bend the brackets so they hook over and the edges?

Yea or can even get some stiff wires and bend it to hang on the tank. Many ways to do it. That picture was just an idea. Hope that helps
