My fluorescent bulb just died this morning and I'm seeking advice on any new fluorescent bulbs or LED lights you may suggest. Currently the only live plant I have in the tank is a dwarf lilly which is doing fine, but was looking to add some sag. subulata and possibly other low light plants to fill out the tank. I considered the fluval 3.0, because I love the idea of setting up a morning - night light schedule, especially since I work long hours some days and would prefer the light to not be on for all of them. But the $150 price tag is more than I would really want to pay. If you guys could offer me any suggestions on comparable quality and possibly lower prices, I would appreciate it.

Check out Fluval aquaskylight pretty decent for the price imo.
