Hello im Gabe im pretty new here and have been keeping fish in the san antonio area for quite a while
so i decided to do a list of my go to places for when i need stuff , if their is anyone new to the hobby and needs to know were to go

I CHECK THIS LIST EVERY Monday THEY POST WHAT THEY HAVE gotten in shipments ?you will find alot of diamonds when they get some shipments i found them to have rare fish alot of the time which i suppose is not to rare? but i have seen them carry mbu puffers and other odd balls the quality of the fish is what has kept me a customer for years . and the prices are hard to beat. the salt water stock is not to much but they get some fine looking stock once in a while.. i go here for fresh live brine shrimp and ghost shrimp alot.. they are closed tuesdays btw

this is my next stop after fintique since its down the street and next to 410 on my way home .. now whatever these guys have is usually double the price of fintique but its a great source , even though they dont post their stock just goin in you know you in a fish keeper zone.. the fresh water variety are small speciman . but what i like about these guys is that they stock random stuff.. tadpoles . and huge odd ball cichlid and gar and other sort that i just cant find .. i have bought with great pleasure.. their freshwater is high but if your into saltwater their stock is beautiful kept and they have a hella lot more varieties for a great deal most of the time..

now traveling 410 this guys is a little out of the way its more of a lil bit of everything even though its poorly lighted and stray cats walk in and out and the million of empty tanks they have with no stock now when they have stock in they get some stuff i dont see at the other 2 and the prices are well kinda high but more of like hit and miss .. but when you know your stuff youll find some great deals at the this place
i bought some great congo tetras beautiful colors. and of course this is the only place that will carry big odd ball stuff like giant gourmis big flower horns and jags. i bought a jag for 3 dollars once ..COOL you never know what they have until you go the stock changes alot

now this place is no were near the others and is about the only place on the southside of san antonio. now ive been coming here for years and its seems to have changed owners and doesnt seem to be the sparkle in my eye as this is in my neiborhood growing up . but the koi and gold fish are amazing quality and cheap .. they also dabble in finding homes for outgrown fish .. their tropical stuff is high and really only carry mollies and other lil babies.. but they get the ocasional exotic here and their.. but the same you go in youll never know what youll find .. they have very little saltwater like 3 tanks not to to impress but for pond fish this is place is good .. (i kept koi for years and found alot of playmates here)
5. Petsmart (any )
the only place i buy feeders at their really healty and have had no issues keeping for a long time and gut loading them .. i actually had 4 i bought for food for my softshell turtle and he became friends with them instead of food. 3 years later i had 8 inch comets and healthy
IF anyone in the san antonio area have other places that just opened and are worth checking out post here and lets get a san antonio group so that we know what is goin on in our fun big small city
BTW next week is the first time i go to Darby's and im excited !!!
