Marble Motoro Stingray Fungus?

I have a new stingray in my tank and notice today these little white spots near the back of the body. I also saw my kissing gourami picking at her a few times the day before. I was hoping anyone here would be able to tell me if its irritation or fungus on the body.

great looking ray. I would get any fish out that tank that can pick on her. If it was my fish would do clean water, salt and dilute betadine swaps once a day to that area.
