I have a marbled lungfish I got 4-5 years ago. he seems to be doing fine but he’s growing super slow he’s probably put on a foot since I got him! he’s only about 32-34 inches now I have no idea how old he is!! I got him when he was around 20-22 inches. Does anyone else keep these guys or have an idea on what type of growth he should be putting on? I know marbled lungfish get huge about 2X his size so I’m worried I’m doing something wrong. I’m keeping him in a 6FT tank and he eats a mixture of froze food and pellets regularly, is slow growth normal in lungfish? I’ve grown out other fish in the tank with him that shoot up in size super fast! Someone please let me know so I can either fix the issue or stop worrying about it. This guys definitely one of my favorite fish in my collection just wanna make sure I’m doing right by him!
