Details:
All MFK members and Staff (including international) are welcomed to join this contest event.
The submissions section of the competition will run between 11th May, 2009 to 11th June, 2009.
Please either incorporate the MFK logo into the design, or the words www.monsterfishkeepers.com. Here is a template of the logo:

** NOTE: Is you only want to use the Monster "M", then you are free to delete / erase the rest of the logo, leaving the "M" intact, on its own. The Monster "M" must not be altered in shape.
Overall design to be of dimensions: 12" x 12" at 300dpi
There are no limitations for design programs for this contest.
Every member is invited to submit an original t-shirt design utilizing one color to be entered into a poll for two weeks of voting. There is a maximum of one entry per member.
Entries (jpg or psd) are to be submitted to mfkcontest@monsterfishkeepers.com . Place username and contest name in the subject line please for entries to be included in the contest.
Minimum post count of 10 in order to be eligible to enter.
Voting will take place from 12th June 2009 up to (and including) 26th June. The submission with the most votes will win and may have their original design printed on t-shirts available for sale. T-shirts may be available for ordering following the close of the contest.
Prize:
The winner of the contest will receive two free t-shirts of their design.
Requirements:
All submissions are to be single color designs. All submissions will become property of the MonsterAquariaNetwork and may be used in future promotions or advertisements. All materials, logos, graphics, or designs will become property of MonsterAquariaNetwork and copyright rights will be forfeited by the winning designer. By entering the contest, you acknowledge that you assign to MonsterAquariaNetwork and its subsidiaries the entire right, title, and interest in and to the copyright in your design including the right to sue for past infringement and the further right to sublicense the design, for its sole and exclusive use and in connection with the items. You also waive all "moral" rights you have to the design.
All submissions must be the original work of the entrant and MAN reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any person breaching this rule to the detriment of MAN.
MAN will own all worldwide intellectual and copyrights and other rights under local and international law howsoever arising in connection with and/or governing the winning submission in this competition. To the extent permissible by law MAN shall have the sole and exclusive use worldwide of the winning submission, including individual aspects of their design whether materials, logos, text or graphics, including the right to make alterations thereto and/or to incorporate same into other designs and including the right to license use of the winning submission, and the entrant designing the submission irrevocably waives all rights howsoever arising connected to same on the submission being entered in the competition.
Guidelines:
• We will ship the t-shirts worldwide.
• Monsterfishkeepers.com and any affiliated Monsterfishkeepers.com sponsor(s) reserve the rights to deny or reject any participant. No member is allowed to attempt registering under more than one member name/identity on Aquariacentral.
• In the case of Damage or Lost in the mail of a complimentary (free) prize, there will not be a replacement prize.
• By entering this contest, you are confirming and agree to have done in full - completely and comprehensively reviewed the terms/rules that apply and you have complied to hold no liability to either Monsterfishkeepers.com or any of affiliated Monsterfishkeepers.com sponsor(s) in violation of any State and/or Local law(s) in your Country/State (and/or within that Country/State).
• If under the age of 18, your parent's/guardian's permission is required. By joining in, that permission is taken by Monsterfishkeepers.com as being granted to you by your parent's or guardian. Monsterfishkeepers.com will not be held responsible for any permission verification.
• Members on "Probation" status or any member who registers under more than one name might not/will not be qualified to enter our Monsterfishkeepers.com contests. Members who have (previously) offended one or more terms/rules of previous Monsterfishkeepers.com raffles may be restricted in partaking this and/or any future raffles, contests and community events bestowed or sponsored by Monsterfishkeepers.com.
