It's a large, fully-rooted plant with well-developed leaves and balanced colour, probably from a large rhizome with a fairly even mix of green and variegation. Creme Brulee is likely a fairly new strain of variegated Monstera deliciosa, with variegation somewhere in between a Thai Constellation and Albo. Granted, the price might be a tad high, but still not very unfair given the likely long-term stability of the plant compared to a newly-planted tissue culture or cutting.
