My 1st endlicheri

She's my 3rd endlicheri which I bought 1 year after the 1st male (with 11" length initially). Now she's about an inch longer than the 1st one. She's the darkest one.

it looks great! these big endlis are awesome! i think those are magic feederfish you feed them yes i remember she was very dark in some of your old pics, and i've always admired this piece.

wow, that's a poly collection to sit and admire at for hours man. i never get sick of how the big ones wander around the tank, all magnificent and fearless. 7 yrs, 2 thumbs up!!

This is my first endlicheri. It was about two years of searching after I learned bichirs from the book "Jurassic Fishes", I robbed it from a small LFS at a small town, and the endlicheri was the personal collection of the boss. It was about 13", and there was another 16" endlichieri in the same tank. It's over seven years after I got it. It's now over 22", but looks like it will need a long time to achieve 24".
Here's a photo of it at 2003.
