What are you using for your window? glass, acrylic, lexan, plexi? Also where did you get it and what thickness are you using?

I am using plate glass for my viewing window. I think the measurements are something like 85".5" x 27.5" x .5" thick. I got it from a local glass shop.

v3n0m,
You can also check an LFS that orders tanks (Not Petsmart). I got mine from a great LFS here and saved a bundle.

this thread was an amazing read! thanks so much for all your testing and retesting of various ways to get that glass to seal! this will help so many MFKers for years to come... absolutely love your build and cannot wait to start mine. thanks for documenting it so well and helping me in my thread. Many gorgeous plywood tanks will be built without problems because you have weeded them out. :) Cheers! glad you are finally relaxing and enjoying that beast!

wow!! one of the most detailed and most awesome build ive seen. you ran into alot of problem, but you just kept going. this thing started out as pieces of wood on a floor, and now it looks like a piece of furniture connected and part of the house. i like the community tropical look. great build!!! it look phenomenal!!
