I’ve always wanted to have a large CA tank and I don’t think I will be able to do this for a few years. However, after questions in the number of cichlids per tank im curious on whether this would be possible. My parameters are neutral-hard so pretty much perfect for these type of fish. The tank size would hopefully be a 210 gallon(8foot tank).
My ideal stocking:
• 1 jack Dempsey
• 1Texas cichlid(carpintis)
• 1 Nicaraguan cichlid
• a group of fire mouths(not sure on how many)
• 10-12 giants danios
• a Raphael catfish
• a large pleco or a few Bristlenoses plecos.
Would this be do able, this is all theoretical and won’t happen for a long time as I don’t have the room for one but just wanted some thoughts on it.
