I have a problem my green terror eye is swollen and he have holes in the head. I don’t have better quarantine tank right now and i put him into small tank
If he recovered i will move him to the main tank
If you know how to treat please respond ASAP

That looks rough. Not sure if it’ll get better but try some maracyn2 and epsom salt 5tbsp per g.

Recently he got a dropsy disease i treated him and he recovered well after that I didn’t do water changes frequently i think ammonia levels will raise very high that’s why he got HITH and popeye

I will try my best right now he’s eating well
2 days back i use metronidazole, erythromycin and rock salt but i think it’s not working
Is kanamycin will help?

You can try kanamycin but prefer the maracyn2. Has better coverage compare to kanamycin.

Agree with kno4te
I'd try a broad spectrem antibiotic, but when its that far, 50/50 chance might be optomistic
slacking off on water changes can be deadly.
