My tanks

Hi Guys,
I havent posted pics or vids on my tanks for a while now, thought I put them online for record purposes

1 - 750L, 1.8m aquarium. Asian Arowana (50cm in length). 6 x Geophagus Tapajos (approx 15cm each. Smallest is about 12, largest is 17cm). 1 x rainbow shark.

2 -150L Marine Tank - Molly community. 21 mollies (only about a week old, sold off all my other marine stuff and fish to start off simple)

3 - 70L (about 20gal) No filter, cylindrical aquarium. Only pothos for filtration + airstone. 3 x Pearl Gouramis.

Marine:
These were fresh water mollies I got on Thursday last week. on coming home I put them in brackish water for about 30min, then added more marine water and left another 15min, and then out straight into marine tank. salt water is 33 - 34
All 21 have survived and done well.

Cylinder Aquarium. Not easy to take good photos of. Its an old one that used to be my marine sump, so its a little scratched, but does the trick as place filler.

In Dubai you can find them fairly easily. This guy was from a little LFS in Ajman for 190 USD. He was about 40-ish cm at the time when I got him last year. I saw it as more of a rescue case as he was dropped off at their store and was in a tiny tank.

The other asian aros I have got around here where about the same price. I also had a highback golden and a RTG before. This guy is just a Banjar, but he is by far my favorite.

That store gets them from a mix of Malaysian farms.

Yeah I read and article/watched something on youtube the other day about the asian aros black market trade in the US and how much cash is involved in it. They are really expensive your side of the world. Would be great if you could start your own Asian aro breeding programs there too.

Yes they are permitted here in the US as well as silvers

To keep it less complicated. Asians are banned outright.

Some states ban SA and Australian aros Most do permit it in a nutshell
