Need advise with my pink bellied side neck turtle

Been treating my sideneck turtle for fungus for a A little over a week now so far he’s look much better.
I’ve been dry docking Him at night.
Is there simething wrong with his eye?

Yes very much so. What is the age of the turtle? How often do you change the turtles water? Do you have a filter on the turtle tank? And what do you feed the turtle?

Yes, please describe his tank and maintenance schedule.
Can you also tank some clearer pictures in good lighting? It’s hard to really see what’s going on.

thanks! the eye has cleared up now. the turtle's enclosure is just 10 gallon, i do partial water change every 2-3 days, it does have a filter with some ceramic rings and filter floss.

He does have a heat lamp and uv light too, right?
