Need Help for my baby Giant Gourami.. Please Help...

Hi Everyone,

I notiiced some red spots on my Giant Gourami. Now it's swollen a little. Some black thread like sting attached with that red swollen part. I see it in both of my albino Giant Gourami. Please help. I love them lot. Those are only 3 - 4 inches now. I don't want to lose them. Please help :(

Herewith attached the image. Please help soon. I am really worried a lot :'(

Most likely an injury from another fish or ornament just make sure you keep water quality good with water changes and temps high 29degrees so infections don't occur

But I see them in both of my giant Gourami and koi. Also some green thread like small thing attached to that red swollen area. What is that? Any suggestions. Please reply

Possibly anchor worms though the pic is a bit blurry.

Would suggest pulling it off. Take a good pic of it. Could be anchor worm.

I really feel feared to pull it off. If anything happens to that fish :( for now it's eating foods eagerly. So can I wait two more days. ? Is that advisable? Can I wait and see if it cures naturally?
