New Cat..... Niger?

I just picked this guy up from Craig's list last night $30 I think it's some kind of Niger cat any ideas? That black panel behind him is 8". I was able to snap one picture last night before he hid under the logs.

just make sure he eats. i had to put mine in an 8X12 in-tank refugium for a few months before i could put him back in the big tank because he'd refuse to eat.
