New to me but used Tenecor Aquarium (Tons of LARGE pics, SORRY!)

So I just picked this up off of FB market place. It looks decent, its 48L X 24W x 20H (really 19.5" height).

There are three areas of concern on this tank I wanted to get a second opinion on.

Front:





First area of concern, this is a view from the top panel of the right panel of the tank:






This is the top view of the left panel, this pattern goes on for about 3/4s of this panel at the top.

Ok next....

There is an inclusion (best I can describe it as) on the bottom front left panel. It does not look like a crack, I have taken a look at this in every angle, even tried from inside and I cannot make out what this is. It looks like it was a defect from factory? The outside and inside are smooth and this is not a chip from what I can tell. There is no glue outside (there is slight Weldon flooding inside, throughout the tank)
