I'm skipping around a little bit but here is a picture of me cutting down a Elong Elong (not sure of the spelling) tree. It's what they make fragrance Chanel #5 out of. First of all the leaf cutter ants have it about bare. Second, I think the amount of leaves falling into the pond will be a major pain in the butt. Plus I have alot of other options with all of the different palm trees that don't shed so many leaves.

As you can see most of the bottom glass tile is in place. Next week they're going to start on the pebble on all of the step and river surfaces. I guess I was wrong on the sealer that they are putting on. I thought it was pure concrete, I guess its a finer sealer like concrete material that they put on with a sponge. The third picture is something they gave the third knucklehead to do while the other two do the finer work. He's the guy that usually mixes the concrete or moves rocks. Because most of that is done he hasn't been doing crap for the last week. I chewed them out a little bit because I don't like paying when they work only half a day because of the rain, then on top of that this guy takes 10 minute water breaks. He's starting on the steps going down to my filter/pump area. The pipe and cables that you see are going to my fresh water storage tank that supplies us with water in the house whenever the water gets shut off. Which is about every two weeks for about a day or so.
