Has anyone ever owned the smaller species of payara?
I had scomberoides which are ace fish and not too big in my opinion had mine a couple of years till I had to temporarily keep all my fish together and a tiger fish killed them. Dead easy to feed and keep and just cool

I had a tatuaia for 2 years until last week, was 9" when it was battered by my arowana which just turned on it for some reason! Big preds are a pain. The Tatt was a cool fish again dead easy to feed just took whatever frozen food was put his way, not aggressive with anything else and look superb
