Hey Draknurd! I've got a 5 1/2" Tiger Veiltail that I had shipped from a member on here named JHutch, I've had her 2 months now. He's a great seller and I can't remember but it seems like he has a breeding pair although I can't remember for sure. So you might look up his member name and PM him.draknurd;2188588; said:Can anyone tell me where to find a Long-finned Oscar, I have been looking for some time with no success.
Twisted thanks and beautiful Veiltail. I'll look them up. P.S. check my response to Oscar acting wierd thread had ? for you.TwistedPenguin;2188645; said:Hey Draknurd! Here's a recent picture. He was the only person I could find that had a Tiger Veiltail, all the others I found were Albinos/Lutinos.
Already answered it Given the fish is in the 7-8" range my bet is sexual maturity kicking in. This is the size they'll usually start fighting with other Oscars if you've got 2 together, too (if they're same-sex).draknurd;2188659; said:Twisted thanks and beautiful Veiltail. I'll look them up. nope, I had used Gold pellets for my O's with no problem and currently main diet of my breeding pair is Bio-Gold+, again no problem.draknurd;2188707; said:Does anybody find that Cichlid Gold pellets with O's cause their tanks to get extremely cloudy?
Same here. Are you feeding more than they can eat?Blu-ray;2189240; said:nope, I had used Gold pellets for my O's with no problem and currently main diet of my breeding pair is Bio-Gold+, again no problem.
I think the reason is something else in your tank.
