bought a pair or tiger oscars today they are of 7 inchs , they seem to be scared of my remaing fishes i already have 2 parrot fish 5inch, 1 silver arowana 18 inch, my parrots bully the oscars bit as they are new to the tank, i want to ask how much time do my oscars need to fully settle in my tank

200 liters? What are the tank dimensions?

If I am correct on my thoughts from the US spectrum, you tank is probably no more than 4’ or 120cm long. If that is the case you’re going to have constant problems as the tank is WAY too small for the current occupants you have.
Sorry, I don’t mean to be rude, but that’s the simple truth of the matter 🤷🏻‍♂️
How does your 18” arowana even turn around?

This new member doesn't strike me as a bot, which means this situation is real and not something that's happening in cyber land.

The sad truth is N Nikhil b your tank is way too small for just your arowana and parrots, nevermind the two big oscars you've just introduced today.

I urge you to either get a tank upgrade, or thin out your stock.

I agree with the above; your tank can barely fit one parrot (assuming they are Blood parrots) alone for life, let alone all the other fish you have in there. At this point, I would highly consider rethinking the entire stock with fish that are more appropriate for that size tank.

Plenty of fish look similar (and are smaller versions of the same fish) to the "larger cousins" you have—for example, Platinum or Polar Convict parrots. Much smaller, maxing out at around 4 in. African Butterfly fish look like tiny ornate Silver Arowanas, again in the 4-inch range.
