Figured I would post this here so others couls see all the fish I have. Posting in General, Cichlid, Catfish, and Loach forums might get abit redundant.
As usual I post my warning...... "New comers to the hubby don't try this combo at home. I just ended up with an unusualy gentle Midas".

For those who don't know, this is my Prized F2 Male Midas "Jr". I have grown him from a F1 Pair I got from Jeff Rapps almost 2 years ago. He is currently a 11" long and very thick 1 1/2 year Male. I have grown him since htaching so I know his exact size. Kids love him and I honestly can say without having such a rare tempered Midas I would not be abled to have the set up I do now. Fish have plenty of places to hide and I have back up tanks just in case.
I have a beautiful school of platies that are already producing fry, just need to relize he is not going to eat them. I have a School of Clown Loaches and Emerald Green Cory Cats that like to stalk and hide among the driftwood, plants, and mini caves in the driftwood with the 4 Cory Cats. Also have a rescue betta that was not in the best shape when I got him. Now he is huge and seems to be the only one doing any chasing in the tank. As you can see, Jr could care less about the other fish which I am sure will soon figure out just like the betta and plecos he could care less. Plants are thriving. The one in the back is HUGE and is everyone's favorite hiding spot. It's amazing how the Cory Cats and Clown loaches will be hidden until the last momment, then when I start wondering where they are they appear. Here is the current stock,
1 - 11" Male Midas
4 - Emerald Green Cory Cats
7 - Clown loaches
12 - Platies(Not counting the babies)
9 - Albino Bristle nose Plecos
1 - Male Betta
Enjoy
