PLEASE HELP!!! for my 1ft Giant Gourami and whiteworms

i have 1ft giant gourami in my 4ft fishtank.

i have 1 problems with my Giant Gorami please help me!!!!

problem 1:
last month ago, i cleaned twice this tank and water

so now i can see something werid like white worms. i can see there have more than 50 white worm so i don't know why i got white worms in my fishtank.

my gg was perfectly with white worms in ym fish tank so i was like it is so werid and i though its would kill my GG

so i need to know if these white worms are harmful or not harmful
and how am i going to rid of these white worms

i believe those are bad.. ive seen the samething on sum cats ive caught in a local pond and river.. they act like small leaches i believe

but i have weird white worm so i need to know what is it

if i don't get clue so i will give my gg to aquatic centre to look after for while

You have a GG that is a foot in a 4 foot tank and your worried about planaria.....

ughhh poor gourami. I would give him to someone that can properly house him.
 
planarians look like little white worms that live on the glass and other things in an aquarium. they are harmless to your fish but can be a sign (when there is an infestation) that your water quality can be a bit low. what is the size of this 4 foot tank?

reason I ask is that they make everything from 40 gallon to 150 gallon tanks all that are 4 feet long.
 
The problem is your keeping a 1ft GG
In a 4 ft tank............Planaria are probably the white worms that are floating around it's from waste and food matter.

that is it..... i saw something on the glass and its look like snail egg ( jelly and white stuff) anyway it was everywhere on the glass

how am i going to rid of these worms

last week, i was going to get tiger shovel nose catfish and 3 oscar so i couldn't get it because this guy told me to not get his fish so he said to me that i need to clean before i buy his fishes. i was upset so that i was going to get this fishes so i just leave it until next week.

do this worms would kill tiger shovel nose catfish or not because my friend told that tiger shovel nose catfish and red tailed catfish are sensitive to ill

is that right or not
