I received him from my sisters boyfriend as a kirin parrot but I'm not 100% sure as his face looks so much like a flowerhorn.
Also I'm wondering if those 2 white dots on his left fin are parasites, I assumed so, so i started treatment with parasite guard by Tetra

I'd say Kirin parrot. The spots look like fungus from damage fighting

Kirin parrot has Flowerhorn blood in it. It's a Kirin parrot
