Please help identify the disease

I recently bought an aro that had a light ripped tail, the shop keeper told it'll recover by 2-3 days it's been a week and still haven't recovered I used stress heal and Ocean free O Arowana disease away but no effect, I'll show the image below please tell me if it's white spot ich or fin Rot and can I use paraguard to treat it

What are your tank params? Fish heal pretty fast, but only under good conditions. I wouldn’t be surprised if it takes up to 2 weeks for all damage to go away.

How big is the tank?
Tbh, the only fish I’ve ever seen heal that fast are characins like piranhas and tetras. Most others take a lot longer assuming it’s a big wound. Post pics if you can.
