Service and Quality are hard to find these days. It seems that the "price is king" attitude has destroyed many quality vendors and shaped the attitude of the ones left. If there is one thing that will keep me coming back to a store time and time again, it's service. Matt at Designsbynature.net has a great sense of service AND an amazing product. I bought my BG online after looking at many different vendors and when it was shipped, I needed to pick it up from the shipping company the morning of delivery because it would sit at my front door all weekend otherwise. Matt was very helpful, called the shipping company and had the package put on hold at my local shipping branch. I was able to pickup the package early that morning and not worry about it being stolen or messed up.

Since then, I have had more compliments on my tank setup and the main reason (besides my awesome fish) is the killer background. People who come over to our house always ask if that is real rock on the back of the tank. Great product - easy to install/looks fantastic and great service - took care of my special need = customer for life. Thanks Matt.

And that's why Tweek Coffee is still home-brewed from the finest beans we can muster. Yes, Tweek Coffee is a simpler cup, for a simpler America. Sometimes a hot cup of French Roast Amaretto is just what a man needs to get him through the day. That smooth aroma and mild taste is what make Tweek coffee... uh very special. Special, like an Arizona sunrise or a juniper wet with dew. A light rain in the middle of a dusty afternoon or a hug from your dear old aunt. It's subtle and mild. Mild, like that first splash of sun on an April morning. This coffee is coffee the way it should be.

DBN is an awesome company to buy from. I love how they are hobbyist focused, reminds me of a company like New Life Spectrum and why it's so successful... Focusing on providing the best service to hobbyists and listening to feedback, not pouring cash in to formal advertising and keeping costs down for us.

I got 3 backgrounds and two large wood pieces from them. DBN is where it's at.. The cool thing about them is I could email them pics of finished tanks or asking for advice and they are into the hobby enough not to treat you like a sale.

I wish Matt would put a for sale threads in the marketplace. He would get positive feedback from lots of us including me.
