Polypterus endlicheri losing balance while swimming

Hi,

Yesterday, after making a regular 15% water change, I added a plant fertiliser of 20ml to my 150Litre tank. After some hours, my 7 inch Polypterus endlicheri, started losing balance while swimming with laboured breathing. I also fed him frozen shrimp more than the regular quantity yesterday. Now I am unsure what caused this. I have moved him to a hostile tank now and stopped feeding. I have added the content of the plant fertiliser in the image below. His tank mate is a flower horn and he has no issues till now.


Kindly let me know what is the cause and the solution that has to be taken now.

I’d dose some pure epsom salt @ 3tbs per 5g and kanamycin or maracyn2 or triple sulfa. Try and test ur water for ammonia, nitrites, nitrates and ph. Try and increase ur water changes to 50% weekly. Goal of being cycled and nitrates below 20ppm.
