Powerhead and Airstone for Dorado and Goonch?

What powerheads and airstone would you recommend for 7-8" Dorado's and goonch in a 180 gal? Thanks! - Nick

if its anything like what atf's need. best bet is to add a seperate pump inside tank , closed loop. i tried alot of powerheads and ended up using a gyre with a pump inside
