Here i have a rare leucistic alligator snapping turtle up for sale. Unfortunately I'm not able to house the little guy anymore. I was hoping the growth rate would be somewhat similar for the two alligator snappers i have but it seems like my common has hit a growth spurt and is almost triple the size of my leucistic. I fear i might come home one day to see an unfortunate incident so i must sell my leucistic before anything happens. He's still a hatchling, about 6 months old and about 2.5 SCL (shell length). He seems to be a slow grower so you'll deffinately enjoy him for a long long time before possibly a pond or rubbermaid, whichever way you choose to house him. I'd really like him to go to a good home, with someone that is knowledgable and knows the potentially of these little guys. anyways, here are some pictures, let me know if you need more and i'll get them up ASAP.
also, i feed him a variety of different foods to keep a healthy balanced diet. i give him reptomin as a normal stable, a long with cuttle bone fore calcium, and fish for "thrill of the hunt." Though hatchlings tend to be shy for the first few weeks of their new home, this little guy is actually quite energetic and usually prefers to glide/swim.
PRICE
$225 or best offer
(I accept paypal, money order, or cash[at buyer's risk])
shipping fee would be $50 for UPS overnight. he'll be shipped in a small tubaware within a box filled with packaging popcorn and cotton for shock absorbance during the "ride." Buyer must be home at time of delivery
