Not sure if this is a red Texas like it was sold as. Also do you guys see the bump on its lip? Not sure if I need to treat this.

Hard to tell without better pics. Nothing appears wrong, but again it’s hard to see.
Looks like a juvie red Texas, colors don’t show till older so nothing to prove otherwise.

Try to get more pics and better picture quality. It could be a young red Texas. The injury/bump is also hard to see.
If you are really worried and it starts getting worse you can dose antibacterials or if it starts getting fuzzy, antifungals
