Royal pleco transparent tail

Hey i just got a beautiful 3inch royal pleco but when i put him in my aquarium i noticed somethin wierd. his tail has no color. at my lfs i thought the tail was just white but when i looked closely it just looks transparent wit no pattern.and its not damaged or anythin. is this normal?!

could u take a picture? could ne stress coloration. does it look white or just transparent. Could be a fungus. pics would be good.

mine is about 2.5" and has a thin white/transparent stripe on his tail

wat up guys. i coudlnt take a pic but i found 1 on google that looks like mine. but mine has a bigger white/tranparent section. any1 no why its like that compared to the normal ones who dont have it
