Not a whole lot going on right now pending future plans to get the fishoom redone. Anyway, I've found yet ANOTHER plant my hrps will eat...water lettuce! I put 75 small leaves in the 125. Gone in a week. In the growout a few small pieces remain. In Lazarus' tank it seems to be doing well (go figure) the hrps there don't munch it.

It's doing pretty good in the parrot tanks. I've ordered some of the mid size to large pieces. Really want to get them going in the 125. Might put some in the 225 too.

In other news Hrp hive Queen Pip has hooked up with red rainbow Salt. The two cuddle up in one of the large logs. BP Boss as usual patrols and explores the tank, finding his cozy spots to disappear in. He uses the other big log as his own apartment. Syno Spot prefers his branch cave on the opposite end.

the batches of babies from hrps Tigger/Blackbeard and Neet/Sharky are nearly half grown and will be going. I plan to keep one baby from each group. One will be going in with bp Tango, a smaller one. The other will be part of the cube tank project. No names yet but I've spied the keepers.

My brother will help me move the smaller tanks out of the fishroom so I can schedule the repairs and repaint. I have some wall repair tape that will be used on the rotted out drywall behind the 225 near the floor. Because of access issues the original drywall behind the tank couldn't be cut out. It's a plastic type mesh repair tape that can't mold or mildew and is very strong.

In the 125, hrp Outlaw Baby is a genetic freak. He/she is no larger than a young guppy despite being adult in age! Shows no indication of growing...the complete opposite of behemoth Brutus who has now evolved into a centerpiece among his kin.

Frick and Frack appear to both be males. They are striped grandsons out of Mongo and also small, about 2 1/2 inches.
