I've had these fish for about 2.5 years, got them around 3". The largest is now 9-10" I'm thinking about separating my large pair in their own tank to attempt to get a spawn. They are picking on the smallest fish and it's starting to get thin. Anyone have any advice? I currently do 75% water changes weekly with 100% RO. I feed them x treme pellets, jumbo mysis, bloodworms, spirulina, and whatever else is in the fish room. Temp is 86 F. TIA.
