senegal bichir with callichthys catfish?

Has anyone tried putting a callichthys catfish with a senegal bichir? I have both that are about same size, 5 inches.

Had similar hoplo with a senegalus before and no issues. It should be fine with the armored cat. They would stay together at times under wood etc.

Sens keep to themselves and just do their own thing around the tank. In my experience it's either swimming, laying on the bottom, or laying on another fish. I wouldn't quite say they're oblivious to their surroundings though, they just don't care.

As for the catfish, I haven't kept one, so I can't give any info on them.
