Depends on the species of "dwarf" wobbegong.
Some species like the Northern "Ward's" & the Cobbler's stay less than 3ft long. While others like the Ornate & Tasselled wobbies can grow to nearly 4 ft in length.
So most "dwarf" wobbie species usually don't grow to more than 4ft in length.
