Been going to this pet store and they have an albino silver Arowana roughly 13" to 15" in length. It's advertised as a golden Arowana but clearly isn't. Question is this guy wants 600 dollars firm and I was wondering if this was a fair price or not

It all depends on yourself,you know what the fish truly is and if it is worth it or not to you to spend the money on it.....can you properly house a full grown arowana?
You better pass it because your 120G is not a tank to house a Arowana.
If you are thinking of buying a Silver Aro for the 120 I would suggest not to do it Silver Aro grow fast, and will outgrow 120 gal quickly.
If you want to house it for years then 8 foots long and 3 foots wide tank is an idea, tank height not really important to Arowana, I have seen a 3 foots silver Aro in home aquarium.
You are looking at a 350 to be able to house it permanently. That may even get too small depending on the individual fish.
