Silver arowana, Gar Oscar, pacu tankmates.

Gar and Oscar should be smaller than the others. you dont want to see rows of bite mark on your silver. hahaha. just my 1cent.
The gar is the wild card (what species are you talking about?) but the others would work fine; I have seen this combo (silver aro, oscar and pacu) at a public aquarium and they seemed to get along fine. You would probably need at least 1,000G tank.
If you are talking alligator gar, the Silver aro would probably be a problem (any top dweller with a gator gar would be a risk) and you would need a minimum of a 10,000 gallon tank.

seen Oscar, aro and pacu work before-all three are pretty low key and only get excited around food...not sure about the Gar though
That would be a fine combination. I have a buddy with that combination now minus the pacu, and the flordai gar does not bother anyone. Having that pacu is going to require a nice size tank though. In time the pacu is going to dwarf the other fish, well maybe not the arrowana so much, but the oscar and very slow growing Florida gar.
