Silver Dollar School?

Does anyone know if silver dollars school well? I've never kept them but am considering them for a schooling fish in my next large aquarium

Yes I currently have 7 tiger silver dollars and they school very well

I had 6 normal ones and 3 red hooks all together at one point, they were always schooling together and terrorising my plants...

My Redhooks shoal fairly loosely. They don't typically form tight groups for me, and I have 1 male that likes to be by himself or trail the shoal as they wander through the tank.

Got red, regular, spotted and wide bar, they school here n there. They form tight groups only when threaten or introduce into a new tank

I have found that my red hooks and spotted have schooled loosely. They are still one of my top dither fish in a large tank though!

I have one solid silver red fin, one spotted, and a red hook that have a very nice tight little shoal.

Do you happen to know where I can get the Tigers? I like them the best but I can never find them anywhere. Any good websites?

Also what's the ideal schooling size? I have a 90 gallon tank with four 3 inch bala Sharks. I want a nice peaceful community tank and I think that silver dollars would be a great addition
