Silver dollars piranhas and tetras

1 pacus are huge and illegal on Australia.

2 piranhas are illegal and good size but can get permits for ownership.

3 silver dollars I would like to know if they are illegal in Australia and specifically for Victoria and if they aren't I would love to know how to care for them and containe them as well as how to get some.

4 tetras yes there's a lot I love neon tetras and all but do they require specific needs and can tetras be with let's say if I had and were able to get piranhas can tetras be with them being related or is it me asking for trouble.

Piranha will eat tetras. Silver dollars are a much better option with some closely resembling piranhas.
I don't know about legality as I am in the US.

(Piranhas) yes they will eat on smaller fish like tetra or get chunks out of other fish yes piranhas are very aggressive when they are very hungry and when It comes to other fish like not related to piranhas why would you not keep piranhas with groups but its your responsibility to keep them with other fish and btw is it legal in your area cause I know piranhas can be illegal anywere mostly in most countries in my experience I saw an local petshop on the ph keeping 1 illegal fish (piranha) near my home and I was so shock and I was planning for an animal police rescue to do checkin on that shop now it was gone and btw which area do you live is it legal on your place?

in my suggestion it is your responsibility if you want to keep one fish with your own suggested tank mates and I know they illegal in most countries pls read my first message as you can follow the rules before keeping one small aggressive exotic fearsome fish!
 
If I can get silver dollars in Western Australia then I’m sure they are legal in VIC. Piranhas I’m fairly certain are illegal in Australia like 90% of the cool fish.

I can’t even get Australian Lung fish in WA but in America you can ffs
