I have 360 gallon freshwater aquarium with an 80 gallon custom aquarium sump seems that I have real tiny snails. I see them in the sump and sometimes in the tank and the glass. They’re very very small and I’m wondering what to get rid of them I have a a large stingray in there roughly 14 inches and a arowana that’s all. Ray roughly 14 “ inches and arowana about 20” that’s all any help would be appreciated. 50% water changes seem to help. I only feed them raw shrimp and they get 1 1/2 each, so I don’t think I’m overfeeding them. Water paramogood. Any thoughts? Thanks, Larry

Stab a cucumber with a fork, drop it into the tank. Wait a couple days. Remove now snail covered cucumber and fork (the fork is to have something to grab onto) rinse and repeat till snails are gone.

They’re tiny Malaysian trumpet snails. Absolutely hate those things! Tried loaches, puffers, traps, and assassin snails but the only sure fire way that worked for me was to remove the fish, add hydrogen peroxide solution to the tank for several hours, then rinse out the tank really well before adding the fish back. Prior to that, I dealt with those things for a couple of years.
