Yes its a snow Arowana. I think snow is the same thing as platinum.

and from where the origin country of snow and platinum arowana?
 
"Snow" Asian aro's are one of three things:

a) Crossbacks coming out of White Tank Treatment (WTT), in which case the white-out appearance does not last. 9 out of 10 Asian aros you see on the internet that claim "snow" are just WTT fish.

b) Albino, noted by red eyes (rare)

c) Leucistic. noted by normal coloured eyes (and even more rare)

In fact to achieve a more whitish asia aro, crossback is not the best fish for the job unless you are talking about those with poor colour genes kinda crossback which display even light yellowish gold in black tank. You can try on green and see how "snow" it can get.
