I saw a "snow white" silver arowana on a vendor's list and wanted to get your perspective.

Is the "snow white" silver aro synonymous to the Platinum silver?

Or is it a completely different color variant?

I have seen bleached out jardini's that were white tank treated. Is this the case for some silvers on the market as well?

I did not see a price on these fish.

As I look closer at the pictures of these fish, they just look like regular silvers.

But I'd still like to hear what anyone knows about these "snow whites."

I'm thinking it's just another gimmick to sell more fish.

Most likely a gimmick to sell fish. True plats are very rare and commend thousands of dollars

Snow arows... very rare. Its hard to see a fish like that

Thanks you guys. So I think then, snow white is often used as the equivalent as a platinum. And true plats are obviously extremely expensive. Therefore the fish I saw that were allegedly snow whites were more likely, just really light looking silver arrows.
