Same thing happened with my silver aro woke found him on the floor was pretty dry kinda sticky not sure how long he was out. Was really sad and pissed. Then I saw his gill move so I put him back in for a couple hours he didn't look so good. But hes perfectly fine now. That was like 6 months ago. He was about 7 inches back then hes now about 13-14 inches. He jumped out through the slit between the top and the HOB filter. I got some plexi the fill the gap.
