Our shop has nasty sulfur water. I'd like to put my 1000 on a heavy drip system. Ideas for removal??

Our shop has nasty sulfur water.
What do you mean by nasty?
Does it smell of sulfur? I would make sure that it naturally contains sulfur and is not contaminated by something organic in the pipes, meaning anaerobic decay as the source of sulfur smell (hydrogen sulfide).

To remove sulfur you could use an RO system.

Does the shop have a water heater? Sometimes, the smell is caused by a weird reaction between the magnesium anode rod and the hot water in the tank. If this is the case, the best solution is to replace the magnesium anode with an aluminum anode. Once the aluminum anode is installed, the odor should disappear completely.
