Tadpole Serendipity! (Would someone be able to ID him?)

We went into our local LFS and they had this guy just chillin in one of their tanks. When I asked about the tadpole he said sometimes tadpoles get set in with the goldfish accidentally and that they aren't allowed to actually sell it.... so he offered the little guy up to me for free!! I couldn't resist!!! We've had him about a week (almost two) now. He's very sweet and fun to watch. I've never had a tadpole or frog before so I'm pretty excited to watch him grow. I did some research but I'm having trouble figuring out what type of frog he'll grow into... They all look so similar as tadpoles! The guy at the LFS said he thinks it's a Leopard Frog but he wasn't too sure either. If anyone could ID him that'd be cool! Here's some pics of him!!

He's already growing legs!!!!! I think he's gonna get his front arms soon too!!

won't be much longer....soon he'll be a frog and you won't need to worry about ID :D I give it 3 weeks to finish metamorphosis, tops. Congratulations on the score and the learning experience. Watching anything morph is always intriguing
 
bullfrog tadpole, I have about 4 million of them in the ponds around my house. If you can raise it up might make for an interesting pet, just remember bullfrogs get big/are very aquatic in nature.

I'm not too worried about it. We have a bunch of huge tanks ready for him when he finally starts to grow up more.
 
We actually ended up running across some more tadpoles at a different store. We got two more in hopes to keep him company!! These ones are a little different but the lady insisted that they were also bullfrogs. They're a dark green with yellow bellies and shiny eyes.
The spotted one has seemed a lot happier and more active in the tank since I put the other two in!!!

Sorry their tank looks a little plain right now but I bought a bunch of plants last night to put in there as well as some other decorations for them to climb over when they start to get their front legs. I'm excited! I'll post more pics of them as they progress!!
