tiger scat info?

i got these 2 fairly recently dont know much about em other than they can grow up to 12" eat everything and can be kept in freshwater. anyone know more about em?

They do better as brackish water fish though they can be in fresh. There lots of info to find on caring for them just google it. They can be fin nippers to other fish. Can be aggressive toward themselfs unless kept in a small group of 4 or more.

i did look up some info but it seemed to be focused on the more common scats
 
They seem to have gone down in price somewhat...I have seen them for sale for well under one hundred dollars each.
 
Care is the same as the green scat argus.

If they are the main fish in your tank, just add a bit of marine salt and keep it at 1.003-1.005 (they aren't too particular), mine always did well with that, and maintainace of the tank won't otherwise change.

You definately need at least four. I had a pair of tigers after the third was picked-on to death, then bought another, and eventually had to buy an argus too. Four was enough to spread the aggression of the dominant one. I recommend at least a 180gal for this number, with plenty of decor to break up the lines of sight.
